Introduction:

I’m Darrell Morris, the founder of ArcNeura, and I bring over 20 years of experience in IT, customer relationship management, and entrepreneurial ventures to this endeavor. My career has always been about finding ways to solve problems, improve systems, and make technology more accessible and impactful for the communities and businesses I’ve served.

Professional Journey:

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in roles that span system administration, cloud infrastructure, and operations management, including at companies like Comcast, Sprint (T-Mobile), and Flywheel Digital. In those positions, I focused on creating efficiencies, such as improving workflows during a Zendesk-to-Salesforce migration, and finding practical ways to leverage automation, like developing tools that increased operational practices. My work has always centered on simplifying processes and improving outcomes, whether for end users or internal teams.

Entrepreneurial Ventures:

I’ve also pursued entrepreneurship, founding small businesses like Morris Roasting House, LLC, and Tablets for Education, LLC, to explore how technology and local economic development intersect. Most recently, I registered a new non-profit (SmallMatters Foundation) aimed at supporting community revitalization projects, including the creation of micro data centers in rural spaces. My hope is to bring technological growth to underserved areas in Ohio while maintaining a focus on community-driven progress.

At ArcNeura, my goal is to create technology solutions that help people and organizations thrive. I believe technology can and should be a tool for empowerment—whether that’s through emotionally intelligent AI, lifelong learning platforms, or decentralized systems that enhance transparency and governance. Every step I take with ArcNeura is guided by a commitment to innovation, ethical responsibility, and making a real impact for those I serve.
